Ideas & Requirements
In the first step you present your idea to our experts or give us an impression of the project you would like us to support. During this process, the location and purpose of the part to be produced are clarified and the requirements that the workpiece absolutely must meet.
Analytics & Consulting
The rough basic idea of a required part can be arrived at quickly, but what requirements must it meet? Depending on use and stress, a wide variety of factors must be taken into account. We analyse all information provided by you specifically and provide targeted advice based on our experience. In this way we ensure that the finished product ultimately covers all relevant functions.
Construction & Development
After the concept has been drawn up, i.e. all requirements, dimensions, etc. have been discussed, we start to design and develop your workpiece. We plan its implementation – e.g. in 3D. Weak points can thus be identified by our experienced specialists even before production begins. The course of the project is also planned: Which manufacturing and finishing processes will be used? Within which time period can/must the project be implemented? Are there factors on which the timing of production depends?
Product realisation
Once all the key data have been established, the product has been optimised in theory and production is planned, the practical implementation can begin. The production of the product will run smoothly and on time – thanks to good planning in advance. The result is a high-quality and tailor-made work piece. For Henke, quality means: the customer comes back – and not the product.
